Item Title
C-11 Title I Tutoring Contract

Issue/Rationale
After school tutoring is provided to non public schools requesting Title I Services in accordance with the No Child Left Behind Legislation. Eligible students in these schools can recieve the tutorting services. Eligible students must be low achieving and reside in an eligible Title I School attendance zone. Tutoring services are provided by third party contractors through a Tutoring Contract.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the Title I Tutoring Contract.
